Create an Account & Submit Your Gear

Register for a Cosy Camp account and submit your product details through the listing form below.

Approval & Ship or Drop Off

If your listing is approved (within 2–4 business days), you may choose to ship the gear to us or drop it off at our showroom.

Inspection & Listing

Our team inspects all received items for quality and functionality. Necessary maintenance is completed before the gear is professionally listed online and in-store.

Get Paid

Once your item is sold, choose between store credit or direct payment to your bank account.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept a wide range of outdoor gear, including camping, hiking, and adventure equipment.

Please note that at this stage, the Marketplace is operating as a trial program, and we are currently only accepting products from brands carried in-store.

Standard Cosy Camp shipping rates apply to all Marketplace orders. You may combine Marketplace items with regular in-store products in a single checkout.

Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping, excluding overweight or oversized items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for Marketplace products.

We recommend viewing the item in-store or speaking with our staff for additional information if you are not completely certain before purchasing.

The condition of each item varies. Once we receive the gear from the seller, our team conducts a detailed inspection and clearly outlines its condition in the product description.

If you need additional information or clarification before purchasing, please feel free to contact us — we’re happy to assist.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the item’s condition and product category. Please refer to the individual listing description for specific warranty details.

In general, all Marketplace products include a minimum 30-day warranty, with select items covered for up to 12 months.

Once your gear is sold, we will notify you of the final sale amount. You may choose to receive the proceeds as store credit toward new gear or as a direct payment to your bank account.

Please allow 3–5 business days for payment processing.

We will negotiate the listing price with the seller based on the item’s condition and market value.

Once the gear is sold, the final sale amount will be subject to a 10% GST deduction, Cosy Camp service fees, and any applicable shipping costs.

Cosy Camp charges a service fee ranging from 5–15% of the final sale price. The exact percentage depends on several factors, including the item’s condition upon arrival, any maintenance/repair required, size and storage considerations, handling requirements, and final packing costs prior to shipment to the buyer.

Yes. We offer repair services for most gear sold in our store.

Please inform us of any known issues when submitting your item. Our team will assess the condition, complete necessary repairs where possible, and then proceed with the Marketplace listing.
