Founded in 2018 in Matsumoto — the gateway to the Northern Japan Alps — ZANE ARTS was born from a desire to merge practical outdoor gear with artistic sensibility.

Where It Comes From: Roots in Japanese Mountains
Matsumoto — ZANE ARTS’ birthplace — sits in Nagano Prefecture, an area renowned for its natural beauty and access to the Japanese Alps.
By designing and testing their products in one of Japan’s wildest outdoor settings, ZANE ARTS grounds their creations in real-world wilderness experience. This gives their gear both practical credibility and a deep connection to the natural environment.
