However, at CosyCamp, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. To that end, we offer repair services even after the factory warranty has expired. All MOBI GARDEN products sold by Cosy Camp come with an one-year factory warranty following with an one year free repair service. If you encounter problem after two years coverage, Cosy Camp will provide our own product repair services.

BLACKDEER

ALL BLACKDEER products sold by Cosy Camp come with a three-year factory warranty following with a seven years free repair service. Yes we got you covered 10 years for any quality issues with our products on BLACKDEER.

FIRE MAPLE

All FIREMAPLE Stoves sold by Cosy Camp come with a three-year factory warranty, Kitchenware products come with a two-year warranty, and accessries come with an one-year warranty.

OuTask

For OuTask, Product sold by Cosy Camp come with a one-year warranty, and we will still provide repair/replace service after free factory coverage expired.

Who should I contact with if equipment I bought is broken or damaged?

Please email our customer service team detailing the issue with your product, and we will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days to address the situation.

What should I do if my equipment is not functioning properly and the factory warranty has already expired?

Please email our customer service team to describe the issue with your equipment. If the product is repairable, the Cosy Camp team will only charge you for the cost of the replacement parts to get your equipment back in working condition.

What if I bought my equipment oversea or though other dealership?

Cosy Camp can offer equipment repair or partial replacement at just the cost of the replacement parts. Unfortunately, we cannot replace equipment that was purchased from other dealerships, even if it's still under factory warranty.

What will happened if the equipment I need to replace is no longer available from the store?

In such cases, we will arrange for an alternative or closely matching piece of equipment to replace your original item, complete with a new warranty coverage (Subject to availability).
