Shipping & Return
Eligible orders of A$199 or more qualify for free shipping to most of Australia. Product and delivery-location exclusions apply. Oversized items are excluded and incur additional freight charges. Other surcharges may apply because of size, weight, remote or rural delivery, or difficult access. Review our Shipping Policy and contact us before ordering if you need freight confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within two business days of purchase. Processing may take longer during high demand, promotions or holidays. This is a processing estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. Dispatch depends on stock availability and any product-specific or pre-order timing. Pre-order arrival estimates refer to arrival at Cosy Camp; customer delivery follows dispatch.
Courier transit estimates start from dispatch, not purchase. Stock issues and other delays can affect timing. Review the Shipping Policy for current transit estimates, and confirm timing with our team before ordering if you have a fixed trip date. See our Terms of Service.
For returns information, please read our Refund Policy.
