The courier company may be partly to blame, but this company is also responsible for continuing to use such an unreliable delivery service.

I’ve ordered from them twice, and neither order arrived on time.

My most recent order was especially frustrating. I kept emailing them, checking for updates and chasing the delivery, but it still didn’t arrive on time. They eventually sent a replacement, and even that failed to arrive by the date they promised.

I even spoke to someone who I believe was a manager, and they personally guaranteed that it would arrive by the promised date. It didn’t.

If you can’t guarantee something, don’t promise it. It’s that simple.

Two orders, multiple delays, repeated follow-ups, a replacement shipment, and still they couldn’t deliver when promised.

Very disappointing experience.
