Find what you need in the cooler after dark. The Dometic Recon Accessory Light attaches magnetically beneath a compatible Recon Hardside lid, putting light where you are looking without needing to hold a torch.
Choose gravity-sensing AUTO operation for lid-triggered lighting, or ON mode for continuous light. Three brightness levels and USB-C charging make it a practical companion for evening meals and early starts.

The operating manual explicitly excludes the Recon Small 16L lid. Choose this accessory for a compatible medium or large Recon Hardside cooler, or for attachment to another suitable magnetic metal surface. The specifications above follow the linked operating manual.
What is included?
One Recon Accessory Light and one 1 m USB-C-to-USB-C charging cable. A power source and the cooler are not included.
Common questions
How do I change between ON and AUTO?
Hold the power button for at least two seconds. Press it to cycle through the brightness levels and switch off.
How should I clean it?
Wipe it occasionally with a damp cloth. Keep it dry, and do not immerse it, rinse it under running water or use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
Is a runtime specified?
The manufacturer’s linked manual does not publish a fixed runtime or recharge time.
