Description
The MOBI GARDEN Day-off-Retreat 6+6 Tent gives you a bedroom and a screened living area in one connected camping setup. Designed for relaxed family weekends and car camping, it combines an automatic main frame with an integrated front canopy, so you can keep your sleeping space separate from your table, chairs and everyday camp gear.
The “6+6” name describes approximately 6 m² of bedroom space plus 6 m² of front living space. It is a practical 3–4 person family tent, with sleeping comfort depending on mattress sizes and the mix of adults and children.
A comfortable place to spend the day
-
Connected bedroom and lounge: the integrated design creates separate places to sleep and relax, without joining a standalone tent to a separate shelter.
-
Screened front living area: large mesh panels provide wide views and airflow while helping keep insects out. Roll back the fabric panels to open up the outlook.
-
Automatic main frame: the aluminium tent frame simplifies the main pitch, with separate poles supporting the extended living area and awnings.
-
Four awning poles included: colour-matched setup points help organise assembly. Pegging, guying and canopy setup are still required.
-
Black-coated flysheet: 150D Oxford fabric with a titanium-black coating provides shade, with a manufacturer-stated PU 3,000 mm waterproof rating.
-
Ventilated sleeping space: breathable 185T inner fabric and polyester mesh windows help air move through the bedroom. The main tent reaches 195 cm at its highest point.
-
Flexible outdoor space: the additional awning shown provides approximately 3 m² of shade when raised, bringing the advertised combined bedroom, lounge and awning area to around 15 m².
Is it right for your camping trip?
The Day-off-Retreat 6+6 suits a small family or campers wanting a dedicated bedroom with an adjoining place to sit, eat and unwind. Plan for 3–4 sleepers; four large adult mattresses may leave limited room for bags. At approximately 14.4 kg with a 106 cm-long packed bag, it is best carried in a vehicle.
The front lounge is a screened, open-ground area. Its floor space and the extra awning are living areas, rather than additional enclosed sleeping rooms. Allow room around the tent for pegs, guylines and the awning when choosing your campsite.

Frequently asked questions
Does “6+6” mean it sleeps 12 people?
No. The name refers to the approximate bedroom and front-lounge areas in square metres. Use 3–4 people as a practical sleeping guide for the bedroom.
Does the whole setup open automatically?
The main tent uses an automatic frame. The screened living section and awnings still need their support poles, and the tent must be properly pegged and guyed according to the supplied instructions.
Does the living area have a sewn-in floor?
The supplied images show grass beneath the screened lounge. The PU 4,000 mm floor specification applies to the tent floor, not a sewn-in lounge groundsheet.
Is it the same as the Day-off-Retreat 5.9, 10.9 or 13?
No. The 6+6 is a distinct model with its own integrated screened living area. Ask Cosy Camp to confirm compatibility before choosing a groundsheet or accessory intended for another Day-off-Retreat tent.
