I own two other Snow Peak mugs and they are great. But why a shop would ask for a review when they have not even sent me the item is beyond me. Hence the 1 star rating based on service from this company!

We are sorry we didn't give you the best shopping experience. I checked our system. You placed the order on April 19th, which was the first public holiday of Easter. The entire logistics in Australia stopped working, but we still worked overtime to send it to you. And because of the Easter and ANZAC holidays, the entire Australian logistics stopped working for a week, so your order was not delivered in time.
